Wellness Day in the Community.Come and join us as we discover and learn more about fitness, mindfulness, mental health and holistic therapies.
Whats on?
Taster sessions of mindfulness and breathwork available. Demonstrations from other businesses in fitness, journalling, healing to health, mindset, self care, mental health support and holistic therapies. There will also be free health checks on the day.
Kids....
We will have demonstrations from Janked Skateboarding at the courtyard, this will be awesome!
Arts & Crafts to keep those motor skills moving if you love to create.
Affirmation activities and fun for all.
Refreshments
The Thirsty Filly will be on site in the courtyard along with the cafe area inside The Alley.
Parking
Strabane has a free car parking facility at the bottom of Dock Street behind The Alley.
