Our fortnightly gatherings offer a chance to share experiences, explore wellness practices, and build a supportive community. Whether you're seeking mindfulness, inspiration, or a place to express yourself, you'll find a space to belong here.

Time: 7.00pm - 8.30pm
Cost: Small donation to cover cost of venue hire
Location: 1060 Ferry Rd Ferrymead
Directions: go to the end of Ferry Road, turn right towards Sumner, take the first right turning bay (at Settlers Crescent), and come in to the car park.
FREE PARKING - access via Settlers Crescent (signs for the old pub).
Enjoy an intimate and supportive environment where we explore topics around connection and wellbeing.
