Wellness by the Boat: Yoga

Join us for Yoga with Parting Clouds Yoga on Saturday, May 30 at 10 am. This class is free thanks to our presenting sponsor, UToledo Health.

Start your morning with movement, mindfulness, and waterfront views with a relaxing outdoor yoga experience alongside the historic Col. James M. Schoonmaker. Led by experienced instructors from Parting Clouds Yoga, this all-levels class blends gentle poses and mindful breathing, offering a peaceful way to connect with your body while enjoying the beauty of the riverfront.

The class is suitable for all ages and experience levels. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Extra yoga mats will be available if you don’t have one.
