Our first read is Burnout: The Secret to Unlocking the Stress Cycle by Emily Nagoski, PhD, and Amelia Nagoski, DMA. Whether you’ve read the entire book or just a few pages, come as you are! We’ll be having a relaxed, open discussion aimed at fostering community, self-care, and positive wellness vibes.
