Wellness at the Greenhouse
COME SPEND THE DAY FEELING GOOD!
Join us Saturday, October 17th from 10AM–3PM for our first (hopefully annual) Wellness at the Greenhouse popup event — a full day of movement, relaxation, local wellness businesses, good food, and plenty of ways to feel good (all with a little taste of the tropics). 💚
We’ve rounded up an incredible lineup of local businesses and wellness experts who are bringing products, services, and experiences focused on health and well-being.
Here’s just a taste of what you’ll find:
💪 FREE fitness classes with local fitness experts — including a kids class!
🧘♀️ Yoga & Pilates class
🧖♀️ Mobile sauna
💧 Wellness Injections
💆♀️ Massage
🌿 Wellness vendors + local small businesses
🥙 Food trucks & refreshments
🍪 Healthy treats (yes, cookies CAN be healthy 😉)
🌱 Dispensary + wellness products
…and plenty more!
Planning to join us for one of the free yoga or fitness classes? We’d love for you to sign up ahead of time so we can get an idea of attendance and plan accordingly!
👉 Sign up for the yoga & fitness classes via the Google Doc attached (link also can be found in our profile)!
Come move, relax, eat, shop, learn, and discover some awesome local businesses — all while spending your Saturday inside the greenhouse.
