Wellness After Hours™ is a monthly, in-person social gathering for people who value wellness, connection, and community. Whether you’re looking to meet new friends, find activity buddies, connect with wellness providers, or simply enjoy being around like-minded people, this space is for you.
This is not a traditional networking event and not a singles night. It’s a relaxed, come-as-you-are environment designed to make connection feel natural and comfortable.
