Our carefully crafted program offers daily yoga and meditation, guided hikes through stunning alpine terrain, creative workshops, and nourishing community meals that will rejuvenate both body and soul.
Your Wellness Adventure Includes:
3 nights accommodations in our mountain lodge retreat -
Each room has 1 Queen with a set of twin bunks and a basic bathroom (shower/toilet/sink). Reserve as either a private, shared, or family room.
-Daily yoga, meditation, and mindfulness practices with seasoned yoga instructors, Jenn Brown and Mary Anne Filka
-Professional and self-guided nature hikes through the Rocky Mountain National Forest
-Creative workshops and multiple camp activities! Roller rink, swimming pool, gym, and so much more!
-All meals (8) at the scenic Alpine Dining Lodge
-Community connection, local exploration, and personal reflection time
