Kick off Queer Kentucky Bourbon Week at Otto’s!
Join us for an exclusive, multi-course Bourbon Dinner to celebrate the start of Bourbon & Belonging—Kentucky’s annual Queer Bourbon Week. We are raising a glass to community, incredible food, and some of the most sought-after spirits in the world with a curated menu featuring pairings from Buffalo Trace’s legendary Weller collection.
Each course is thoughtfully paired to highlight the unique profile of these rare pours.
BOURBON & BELONGING DINNER MENU
Welcome Snack & Cocktail
- Duck Confit Crostini: w/ peach marmalade, pickled mustard seeds, and microgreens
- Pairing: Corazon Tequila (aged in a weller barrel)
1st Course
- Roasted Beet Salad: w/ golden beets, baby kale, honey harissa vinaigrette, blood orange segments, and candied pecans
- Pairing: Weller Single Barrel
2nd Course
- Seared Scallop: w/ coconut curried carrot puree, salsa verde, pomegranate seeds, pistachio dukkah, and fresh dill
- Pairing: Weller Antique 107 (Featured in a classic Seelbach Cocktail)
3rd Course
- Pan-Seared Duck Breast: glazed with reduced peach juice and finished with fennel pollen, served over celery root puree, braised fennel, peach duck jus, and chive oil
- Pairing: Weller CYPB
4th Course
- Bourbon Pot de Crème: chocolate custard with sorghum-kettled raspberry compote and bourbon sabayon
- Pairing: Weller Full Proof
