Weller Bourbon Dinner 2024

We've put together a singular taste experience in the Barrel Room at Global Brew Edwardsville. The Executive Chef from our sister company Brick + Bramble has prepared a three-course menu to complement six offerings from Weller's Complete Lineup.

Enjoy a six-pour sampling of Weller - the original wheated bourbon - from the Buffalo Trace Distillery, and watch from your table as your bone-in (tomahawk) ribeye steak is finished to perfection on our pitmaster charcoal grill outside the Barrel Room patio.

Chef-Prepared Three-Course Dinner:

• Bananas Foster Bread Pudding
