Join us for a wellbeing workshop at The Recovery Cafe on Wednesday, March 12th at 6pm! We'll be designing our own jars and filling them with kind, thoughtful affirmations to help us start each day in a great mood. This activity is designed to practice mindfulness and self-worth, which is so important in recovery.
