Craft a seasonal centrepiece from natural materials to decorate your Christmas table.
Our monthly craft and chat sessions offer a friendly, welcoming space to connect with others over a creative activity. Join us and try a new craft while enjoying a chat and refreshments.
Join us every Wednesday and bridge the week with relaxation, connection and wellbeing.
Each week we will be looking at different aspects of wellness, offering demonstrations and tasters and explaining how you can integrate them into your life beginning.
We will also offer space to come together for a cup of something warm, a slice of cake and a good chat!
This group is open to anyone looking to get out, meet new people and explore new experiences, so come along with an open mind and an open heart.
Wellbeing Wednesday is a weekly observance or event focused on promoting and encouraging habits and practices that contribute to overall health and wellbeing.
