Join me for a whole day of deep rest and renewal at the magical lakeside setting of Blakewell Fisheries 🌲✨This will be my most nourishing retreat yet! Giving you a chance to slow down, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself as we settle into the quiet beauty of winter.
Your day will include:
🧘♀️ 90 minutes of nourishing Yoga Flow to warm the body, support circulation, and boost immunity
🌙 90 minutes of deeply restorative Yin Yoga
🎶 A magical 60-minute Gong & Sound Bath to drift into pure relaxation
❄️ An optional cold plunge in the lake (for the brave!)
🥗 A wholesome, warming lunch designed to comfort and replenish
🔥 Tea, coffee or cocoa around the fire pit to end the day in connection and cosiness
Winter is a season that calls us inward. It is a time to replenish our reserves, nourish the body, and nurture the heart. Through movement, stillness, sound, and community, this retreat offers a sanctuary away from the busyness of life.
