You’ll be moving through a series of Hyrox-style stations like lunges, wall-balls, Ski-Ergs, Row-Ergs, and running in a circuit format. Best part? You’ll be working in pairs in a YGIG (You Go, I Go) style, so grab a buddy and cheer each other on as you push through the rounds!
What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and an open mind and heart.
