This is a gentle Hatha Yoga class, suitable to all levels, where participants are invited to tune into their bodies and release tension through slow, mindful movement, deep breathing, and mindfulness techniques, helping to relieve tension from long hours at a desk, improve focus, and promote relaxation.
This style of yoga supports nervous system regulation and helps participants reconnect with their internal sensations, fostering a sense of balance and inner calm, especially for those who have had a stressful day and need to wind down.
What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and an open mind and heart. We also advise you to bring your own mat, as number of mats is limited.
What to Expect:
💪 Enjoy an hour-long session of Hatha Yoga at your own pace, led by a trained instructor.👋 Welcoming Environment: Our team will be on hand to ensure you feel comfortable and at ease. Please bring your own yoga mat if possible - we have a very limited number of mats available on the day.
