Wellbeing Over 55s Good Boost Aqua - 13th June - 1st August £32 (£4 p/w)

Your Leisure is delivering wellbeing activities suitable for the over 55's in partnership with Social Enterprise Kent and Kent County Council.

This is a fantastic exercise regime for people who feel they would benefit from gentle movements in the water, set to easy or harder levels.

You really can feel the benefit and it makes you feel great!

Our programmes allow individuals to work directly with a Good Boost facilitator. The technology will identify your specific needs and tailor a programme suited to you.

Working in water places less pressure on your joints while exercising, and is designed for all levels of water confidence and non-swimmers too.

These are individually tailored exercise sessions powered by award-winning artificial intelligence.

Works with all types of aquatic exercise equipment for variety and strength training.

This course starts at £32 (£4 per week) for an 8 week course .

This subsidised activity has been made possible through Kent County Council’s community-based wellbeing services fund. We are proud to be a delivery partner for this service which is being led by Social Enterprise Kent throughout Thanet and the South Kent Coast
