Wellbeing Card Making Course October - November

✨ Join us for a 5-week Card Making Course! ✨Over five sessions, you’ll explore your creativity while also focusing on wellbeing. This course is designed to help improve mental wellbeing, reduce isolation, and provide a space to connect with others in a supportive environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Design your own DIY cards.
• Draw shapes and create intriguing patterns.
• Learn papercraft techniques for making collages, pop-ups, and puzzles.
• Make cards for different occasions that are as unique as they are beautiful.

This course is run in collaboration with the Mind Wellbeing Network, which means participants will also have the chance to reflect on and discuss their wellbeing with trained staff. Through friendly conversations, staff will offer support, guidance, and help track your wellbeing throughout the course.

Important Information:

• This course is exclusively for Hackney residents.
• It is not a drop-in class — registration is required. After registering, you will be contacted by our office to complete the process.
