Our 9 week Wellbeing and Nature Course uses seasonal nature based activities, including conservation, crafts and arts, to help people to build resilience and improve their wellbeing. This course is designed for adults aged 18+ who are experiencing mild to moderate depression, low mood, anxiety or struggling to return to work. Based in our 6 acre gardens and nature reserve we will support you to learn new skills, build confidence and connect with people in a safe, inclusive environment.
The next course runs each Wednesday 9:30am-12:30pm from 22nd January to 19th March 2025.
The course is based at Lindengate Gardens & Nature Reserve, Wendover, HP22 6BD.
Cost per session is £28. Fully-funded places are available.
