Wellbeing and Menopause

This is a FREE 4 session course for all women aged 18 or over, in any stage of pre/peri/post menopause, and who have a GP practice in Eden or in Keswick and Solway.

The course will cover: What is the Menopause? Symptoms, Managing your Menopause, and exploring Lifestyle, Relationships, and Work

Dates for the course are: 15th September, 22nd September, 29th September and 6th October.

Times and location will be the same for all sessions.

Please only book one ticket per person as this will cover all four sessions.

It is advised that you attend all 4 sessions to get the most out of the course. However, should you need to miss one session please just let us know.
