EDUCATE, EMPOWER, EMBRACE !Menopause yoga classes are a great way to support women through the menopause and into the post menopause years. For women only.
Classes held at St Bridgets church centre, West Kirby, and on Zoom
No yoga experience is necessary - just a willingness to give it a go !
We have a different theme each week. Each class is aimed at raising awareness of menopause, whilst exploring ways in which yoga can help women to cope with the symptoms.
15th July 2024 - heart health
29th July 2024 - emotional wellbeing
5th Aug 2024 - hot flushes and night sweats
12th Aug 2024 - breast health
19th Aug 2024 - restorative yoga
Book in for the five week course at £40. If you know you can't attend all dates, as long as there is space, you are welcome to join us at £9 a class - please check if there is space though.
A reduced income ticket is available to anyone who needs it at £20, or please contact Kate if you'd like to make alternative payment arrangements.
Kate has been teaching yoga since 2004, and menopause yoga since 2020.
