Well Run UAL: Wimbledon

Grab your trainers and give your endorphins a boost by joining a social and easy-paced guided run. Meet and connect with colleagues, discover local green areas and running routes, challenge yourself and enjoy all the benefits of movement and being outdoors.

This run will be led by UAL colleagues who are experienced runners. It will be 3-5km (dependant on experience) and ran a social chatty pace.

The run will start from and return to the college reception, with further details in your Eventbrite confirmation.

If this is your first 5km you can raise money through sponsorship to support UAL's fundraising for The Running Chairty. Or if you have some experience already and want an added challenge, you can run all the UAL South routes (20km in total) with us in one day to raise money.

Run Well UAL: South London Runs (Thursday 16 May)

• Run 1 - 9-10am: Wimbledon
• Run 2 - 11.30am-12.30pm: Chelsea
• Run 3 - 2-3pm: London College of Communication
• Run 4 – 4-5pm: Camberwell

Run Well UAL: North London (Monday 20 May)

• Run 1 - 9-10am: Central Saint Martins
• Run 2 – 12-1pm: High Holborn
• Run 3 – 4-5pm: London College of Fashion

The organisers can answer questions and provide any advice in advance, so if you aren't sure what to expect, are not sure what to bring or wear, or think you'll be too slow (you won't be!), please don't hesitate to contact [email protected]
