Well-Being for Women: Monthly Care for the Body, Mind & Soul is a monthly gathering that blends women's holistic health with community connection, authentic sharing and restorative experiences to help women nourish every layer of themselves.
Through thoughtful education, group connection, and experiences to deepen ease within the body, you'll feel empowered with new ways to create sustainable well-being from the inside out.
We will end our time together with very gentle movement designed to support the nervous system and a sound bath- the perfect opportunity to integrate everything you have learned and create a state of ease and harmony within.
You’ll leave feeling inspired, connected and deeply supported. We hope to see you there!
About the Host: Jacquelyn Miller
Jacquelyn Miller is a Women's Functional Health Practitioner and the founder of Rad Wellbeing. Jacquelyn has over a decade of experience in functional medicine and holistic health space, and is dedicated to helping women cut through the noise of "wellness trends" and reconnect with their bodies and lives in a deep way. With her signature no-BS and compassionate teaching style, Jacquelyn breaks down complex health concepts into actionable, impactful steps and helps women feel strong, aligned and truly at home in their bodies. Expect to boost your knowledge of different areas of women's health such as the gut microbiome, hormonal systems, nervous system, metabolism and so much more. We will bust common women's health myths, and cover the most impactful steps to take for sustainable, deep well-being. Each month will feature a different topic and focus of Women's Health.
