The arrival of the Fire Horse marks a rare and potent energetic shift—one that occurs only once every 60 years. This is not a subtle transition. The Fire Horse brings speed, intensity, courage, and forward momentum, and 2026 will move quickly, asking us to be clear, grounded, and intentional about how we meet it.
This gathering is an invitation to prepare—mindfully and consciously—for the pace and power ahead.
This session is a meaningful follow-up for anyone who attended Sarah Chouinard’s Closing the Year of the Snake workshop, offering space to integrate what was released and intentionally step into what is now awakening. It is also a powerful entry point for anyone feeling the call to align, reset, and move forward with purpose.
Together, we will engage in a carefully woven practice designed to both activate and anchor, including:
Kundalini kriyas to awaken vitality and build energetic resilience
Intentional breathwork to clear stagnation and ignite inner fire
Guided intention setting aligned with the Fire Horse’s forward-moving force
Deep Yoga Nidra to integrate, restore, and steady the nervous system
A grounding sound bath to support clarity, balance, and integration
The Fire Horse does not wait—and this practice offers a chance to meet what’s coming with preparation rather than reaction. We will honor both movement and stillness, so you can move forward awake, resourced, and rooted.
