A special experience to awaken the mind, body and spirit for the Spring SolsticeWe will start with a gentle scenic walk along the old Weddington railway and beautiful Caldecote field's. Connecting with natures changing landscape and more deeply within ourselves. All whilst enjoying positive, like-minded company and embracing the sights and sounds of life around us.
There will be time to enjoy precious physical and mental headspace as we allow each other the opportunity to enjoy the walk more peacefully. Especially revitalising for those in need of the luxury of quiet time, which can be hard to come by with such busy lives that we lead.
A simple, soothing yoga sequence will then follow back at the hall for ease and relief after our lovely 1hr walk. Easing in and out of positions to support lower back, glutes, thighs and hamstrings with light mobility work through the ankles & feet. Bliss!
For lunchtime, each person is requested to bring a vegetarian contribution. Adding to a vibrant colourful buffet of wonderful dishes, bites and healthy nibbles we will all share and enjoy together.
We will then end this amazing day with a creative, Easter inspired floral workshop with Joy Hutchinson. Opening the mind and igniting creativity as we explore our individual artistic flair. A huge highlight and special closing of our day!

- Sunglasses
- Walking boots/wellies
- Waterproof jacket
- Water bottle
- A jumper & warm socks
- A light blanket is always nice
- Slippers for around the hall :)
