Welcoming Spring: Aerial Sound Bath

As winter begins to loosen its grip and spring quietly approaches, this aerial sound bath invites you into a space of transition, soft awakening, and renewal.

Held the weekend before the Spring Equinox, this experience is designed to support the body and nervous system as we move from stillness into motion — from inward winter energy toward the subtle stirring of spring.

Resting in a silk aerial hammock, you’ll be gently suspended just above the ground, allowing the spine to decompress and the body to fully surrender. From this deeply supported state, sound moves through and around you, helping to clear stagnation, awaken energy, and create space for what’s next.

No aerial or yoga experience is required.

The journey begins with grounding and breath to help you arrive fully in your body, followed by an immersive live sound experience featuring:

• Crystal singing bowls
• Tibetan bowls
• Gong
• Chimes and subtle atmospheric tones

This extended 90-minute container allows time not just for relaxation, but for integration — giving the nervous system space to settle and recalibrate as the season shifts.

Due to the limited number of hammocks, spaces are limited and tend to fill quickly.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in.
