Join us for a morning of connection and community at the Brookings Farmers Market's Welcoming Celebration! ❤️
As part of the nationwide Welcoming Week 2026, this free, family-friendly event celebrates the stories, experiences, and relationships that help make Brookings a place where everyone can belong. Inspired by this year's theme, Stories We Share: The Courage to Connect, the celebration will encourage neighbors to come together, learn from one another, and build new connections while enjoying all the fresh food, local products, and community spirit the market has to offer.
Saturday, September 12th
9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
300 block of 6th Ave (between the Brookings Library and County Courthouse, just southeast of the Children’s Museum)
You’ll find a selection of fruits and vegetables, meats, baked goods, honey, canned items, meals, flowers, body products, home goods, and artisan wares from local growers and makers. A list of attending vendors and Welcoming Celebration activities will be posted on Friday afternoon.
