Welcome Winter is an open-house type of event offered by Berrien RESA's Early Childhood Education Department to all families with children ages birth - 5 years old. This indoor event includes activities in a winter “snow” room, arts and crafts and a large play area. Each family will receive a take-home activity and a free book. Costumed characters like Elsa and Anna from Frozen will make it a musical event with a sing-along while families can enjoy a snack. Children will also have the opportunity to visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus. Families can choose to attend either the evening session on Dec. 9 or the morning session on Dec. 10.
