Gather, Grow & Thrive is a two-day women's wellness experience filled with connection, self-care, education, and inspiration. Enjoy hands-on wellness experiences, practical health tips, delicious meals, and an uplifting community where you can relax, learn, and grow.
Come for the wellness. Stay for the friendships.
1st Day is Friday Night. This is an experience to bring someone with you. starts at 5 pm and will go until 9 pm. Consisder this a GIRLS NIGHT OUT. Makes n take, a little self care, guest speaker and a self care expert to experience meditation with some journaling.
2nd Day is Saturday. And this is more business and health education . starts at 9 am and ends at 4 pm
