Welcome In Autumn - Online Women's Circle

So often I get asked 'But what is a women's circle' - it's a place where you can show up as your beautiful imperfect self, where you can be authentic, vulnerable and truely you without the fear of judgement or comparison. All practices within the circle are offers and you can partake in the ones that feel aligned with you. It's a two hour window that is solely for you, to let you forge connection, be uplifted, relax, reset and just be.

This time we will be honouring the changing of the seasons and the themes of Autumn and how we can relate and incorporate these into our lives.

Gift yourself time in this sacred feminine space; spent time with like minded women, connect with these sisters through music, sharing and deep listening to be uplifted, nurtured and inspired.

You can expect:-

• Guided journalling practice
• Embodied movement to beautifully ground us into the present moment
• Devoted space to connect and share with likeminded sisters
• Guided meditation allowing you to flow deeper into your body and feminine energy
• And so much more.......

Important Note:

• No prior experience of woman's circles is necessary. Come as you're wonderfully unique self.
• All those identifying as women and non binary are welcome - however, we will be referring to female anatomy during the sesison.

I love creating safe spaces for women where they can come together with other sisters and connect to their own pleasure, flow and creativity.
