Kickstart your social life by joining us at the Welcome Gathering, where all new students from LMU, TUM, MUAS, MBS and more come together.
Since many of you may arrive in Munich alone, your ticket not only grants access to the events but also includes access to a chat with all other attending students. In this chat, pre-event meetups will be organized, providing the best way to network and meet all other new students.
Additionally, you'll receive full access to the Munich Preparation Guide, ensuring you're fully prepared for the semester ahead. 🎉

Every semester has three main events where everyone comes together. With your ticket, you'll have access to all of these events throughout the year.
1: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐆𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 (𝟏𝟕/𝟏𝟎): Start the semester right at the largest introduction party! Meet new friends, enjoy music, and create memories that'll last a lifetime. This is a party you simply can't afford to miss!
2: 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 (𝟑𝟏/𝟏𝟎): Dress up and get ready for the spookiest night of the year! Join us for a night of fun, scares, and dancing with friends from around the world in the epic costume party.
3: 𝐄𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐡 (𝟏𝟑/𝟏𝟐): Let's celebrate the end of the semester in style! Join us for a farewell party filled with laughter, good vibes, and great company before everyone heads home.
Plus, you'll get direct access to the chat community with all the other students attending, and you will receive the Leuven Preparation Guide. All of this is included in the prices below.

There are 3 rounds for ticket sales, and prices increase with each round. To save money, buy early in a round and ensure your spot at the event.
