WANJOO WANJOO NIDJA MAAWIY – Welcome Baby to CountryJoin us for a special Welcome Baby to Country ceremony, celebrating Aboriginal children aged 0–2 years, their families, and community. This meaningful event connects families to Country, Culture, and community, while welcoming both Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal families.
A traditional smoking ceremony will be led by a local Elder.
Celebrate our koolangkas (children), followed by an Early Years service providers expo with lunch, giveaways, and raffles.
