Join us for a day of rejuvenation, connection, and well-being. Our journey begins with a warm Welcome Circle, where we’ll gather to set intentions, introduce ourselves, and create a sense of community.
As the ocean breeze fills the air, we’ll delve into invigorating Yoga and Pilates sessions designed to harmonize your body and mind. At lunchtime, while lunch will be provided by @paula_living.life.by.design, we also invite you to partake in our Harvest Table Exchange. Envisaged to be a delightful spread of seasonal, nourishing foods where everyone can share their favourite healthy dishes or bring fruit or vegetables harvested from their garden.
Embrace this opportunity to welcome Autumn, unwind, connect with nature, and nurture your soul in the company of like-minded individuals. Dip in the sea - optional 🤷♀️.
