This year the gathering will be an evening of fellowship followed by a day of events,hosted at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church at 363 Miracle Strip Pkwy SW, Ft Walton Beach,
FL, on Friday evening, March 28th, and Saturday, March 29th.
The theme is “He’s Got the Whole World in His Hands” using Psalm 65. The Bible Study will be led by Conference Planning Committee member Stacey Fleming-Weeks and our program will be led by Pastor Bethel Bateson. Our color for the
weekend is green, so we invite you to wear something green.
Friday evening will be a time of fellowship, beginning at 6 p.m. with a soup supper and a (optional) small craft or project allowing time for socializing. Saturday will begin at 9 a.m. with registration followed by a business meeting. After the business is concluded, we will begin the program. If you are a guest, you are welcome to come to the business meeting or you can join us at 10:30 when the program begins. There will
be a nursery available both Friday evening and Saturday. If you are from out of town
and are not able to book a hotel room, there are a couple of women opening their homes to host an attendee.
The registration fee of $25.00 covers a light breakfast, lunch and other expenses.
We will be taking up two offerings—a SWO offering and a Love offering. The Love
offering for this year is Grace Village.
