This class is designed to educate and empower students to use and interact with a wide variety of workout equipment. All students will receive instruction in a wide variety of exercises to help them customize a workout routine appropriate for their fitness level outside of class. Feel comfortable and confident learning proper mechanics and working out in a weight room only open to this class.Dates: Wednesdays, Dec. 3 - Jan. 21
Two sessions offered:
Times: 7–8 p.m. & 8–9 p.m.

Location: Graff Event Center Weight Room
Cost: $30 per session
