Trained Weightlifting for 15 years. Has been a National competitor for 13 years. 5 total national medals. In that time he has coached for 2 different national teams.
Certifications and other coaching: NSCA - Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), USA Weightlifting - USAW L2.
Worked as a Collegiate Strength Coaching at LSU Shreveport, Louisiana Tech, Grambling State, US Speedskating, University of Pittsburgh, University of Missouri
