A weekly weight training class, designed to gain you strength, stamina and get stronger.
It is beneficial to attend at least 4 consecutive weeks, to enable you to track your results.
Why is this class different?
1. You will be taught your correct techniques to use each piece of equipment we use at the class
2. You will receive a training sheet, which tracks your progress
3. You will be working in pairs
The class is £8 per person and is 1 hour in duration.
We do have a minimum of 8 required for the class to proceed, with the cut off time being Tuesday evening each week to book your place.
