Join Tanner every Monday night at 6pm, in the weight room, for a small group personal training class, Weight Room Circuit. The cost is $20 per month and you must also have a Fitness Pass membership. 4-6 stations will be set up throughout the weight room, and you will rotate through each one. Weight machines, dumbbells, cable machines, and various other equipment will be used. Must be 13+ to participate and you must register for this class. All levels welcome!
