Join our new class, Weight Lifting for Active Agers, led by experienced trainer Debi Barber! This class focuses on teaching the proper way to lift heavy weights safely and effectively. You’ll work through guided sets with fewer reps, making it approachable while still giving you the strength-building benefits you’re after.
Whether you come solo or bring along a group of friends, you’ll leave feeling stronger, more capable, and confident in reaching your fitness goals. This class is all about lifting heavy, lifting smart, and lifting for life!
When: Starts October 6, Mondays from 11:30 am – 12:30 pm
