Weekly Yoga in Grayton Beach

An all-levels Yoga Flow on 30A, offered every* Sunday and Tuesday from 8-9am in the Backyard of Love at in Grayton Beach (click for directions).

All are welcome! You do not have to be staying at Hibiscus to participate.

BYO mat and props if available; mats available on request. We encourage you to additionally bring water and any seasonal items to make you comfortable — sunscreen and bug spray during warm months, or warm layers and a blanket in the cold months.

**If it is raining, we will not have class — watch the radar and sign up to get inclement weather alerts. Registrants will be contacted in advance of class in the case of emergency, weather, cancellation, or other important updates.
