This yoga practice brings together hatha and yin yoga with the cycles and themes of the Christian liturgical year.
Series 4: As the daylight increases, we journey with Jesus on the path from Lent through Holy Week. Our practice will feature strengthening poses.
Registration is required for this five-session series. Single sessions are $15, or register for the entire series at the reduced price of $13/session.
