This yoga practice brings together hatha and yin yoga with the cycles and themes of the Christian liturgical year.
Series 2 focuses on endings and beginnings as we move through Allhallowtide, the Reign of Christ, and Advent. Our practice will feature balancing poses.
Registration is required for this seven-session series. Single sessions are $15, or register for the entire series at the reduced price of $13/session.
