Vinyasa Flow yoga is open for all ages and yoga levels and introduces strength, flexibility, concentration and meditation into your day.
About the instructor
Rao, a runner by passion, who found the right balance through Yoga and went on to become a certified instructor with the intent to help introduce a sense of balance and positive change into the lives of others through yoga. Rao currently teaches Yoga at Dalkeith Hall.
