About this Event

Come and help the wildlife of NWT's ancient Wayland Wood through assisting with habitat management, including coppicing and fencing and to help visitors enjoy this site by aiding with keeping pathways open and improving access. No prior knowledge is required, only a desire to learn more.

There are no facilities on site, but a supermarket is only a short drive away. We recommend you bring a drink and snacks if needed. Tools will be provided based on the task being undertaken but please wear sensible footwear and clothing, weather dependent.

All under-18s must be accompanied by an adult, and only guide/assistance dogs are allowed on the reserve.
