Unwind & Reset through our Weekly Vinyasa Yoga Flow - a midweek self-nourishment session that weaves together breathwork, fluid movement and meditation.
An invitation to come home to yourself, to slow down and to care for the most important person in your life ~ your beautiful self!
Held later in the evening, this class allows you to arrive unrushed, giving your body and mind the chance to fully soften and reset after your day.
No prior experience is needed to join the practice.

Hello dear co-traveler,
My name is Eleni Erotokritou. 🦋 I am a Certified Heal Your Life Coach, Yoga & Self Development Teacher, Retreat Facilitator & Founder of OpenHeart. Above all, I am a student of life - a devoted practitioner, continually guided and inspired by the wisdom of nature.
With a love and passion for movement, inner journeying, self development, nature, connection and group work, I offer yoga classes, events in nature, moon ceremonies, alternative experiential workshops, courses and seasonal retreats. Moreover, I work with people through one on one mentoring programmes, tailored to meet each individual where they are and support them on their journey to freedom, harmony and fulfilment.
