Weekly Tea Ceremony

Cha Dao — the Way of Tea.

Tea ceremony is a space where we can slow down outside of the demanding pace of day-to-day life and settle into a quiet, grounded place inside ourselves, held by ritual and with the medicine of Tea as our guide.

Tea is a gentle teacher who meets us exactly where we are, clearing a pathway to stillness, presence, remembrance and a sense of profound connection. The ancient ritual of Cha Dao, or "the way of tea", is about living life in harmony with nature and ceremonially unifies all the elements in a dance of water, fire, earth and space. The ceremony itself will be held in silence to mindfully tune into ourselves, our breath, our senses, and the wisdom of the tea — slowing our minds, opening our hearts, and enlivening our spirits with a deeper connection to self, nature and each other.

Each ceremony is unique and deeply moving. Limited to 5 to keep the intimate nature of the practice flowing.

Amy Thorson, Nativ Healing

Amy Thorson is a heart-centered intuitive, reiki master teacher, alchemy sound healer, and tea ceremonialist. Amy has always been a highly sensitive empath with a strong inner pull to help others. After burnout from a very successful yet stressful 20+ year marketing + branding career, Amy turned to Reiki and other divine healing modalities to help her find true alignment, empowerment, and freedom in all aspects of her life.

Amy is grateful to use her true calling to create sacred space for healing, and to empower others to find their own light within. Offerings include private 1:1 healing sessions, as well as group sound baths, tea ceremonies, reiki trainings, mentorships and retreats.
