Amy also incorporates Reiki energy healing into each session, channeling universal life energy to enhance your well-being.
Join us for a blissful hour of sound therapy. No prior experience is necessary. Simply wear comfortable clothing and bring any items you need to lie down. Yoga mats, blankets, blocks, and hammock swings are provided.
