Weekly series Wednesday Hikes!
About this Event
Meet us weekly on Wednesday mornings to get our bodies moving and our minds right! This series is geared for entrepreneurs, remote workers, retiree's and others who are able to meet on Wednesday mornings!
This is a Co-Ed group, men and women are invited to attend. Currently, each of these hikes are on paved/ established terrain and are within Parks in New Castle County, DE. As the group grows in size and agility, we may plan future hikes on unpaved/dirt routes.
Sept 23 At Carousel Park we will hike the carousel park trail loop, which is a 2.5 mile trail with 236ft of elevation gain. We will pause for breathwork by the pond before heading back.
Meetup: 8:00AM (we head out to the trail by 8:10AM) We will park at the lot along limestone road DO NOT DRIVE INTO THE MAIN ENTRANCE. Port-o-potties on site
This is a series aimed to engage those with flexible weekday schedules. All are welcome!
