Meditation can help reduce anxiety, stress and overwhelm. It can help improve cardiovascular health and immunity, it can also help you manage chronic pain. It helps us stay resilient to the challenges life throws at us
This weekly class is for anyone interested in beginning a meditation practice or those who would like to get the benefits of meditation in a small group
Suzy Langdon is an experienced teacher who has given hundreds of people the confidence to build their own meditation practice.
