Many people experience feelings of stress and anxiety or feel overwhelmed by the demands of everyday life. These short classes will introduce practical methods derived from Buddha’s teachings that help to let go of fear and anxiety and work with challenging situations in a positive, life-affirming way.You can drop -in any week. Everybody welcome.
