Location and Timing: Join us every Tuesday from 7-8 PM at the Ajax Public Library, Main Branch room D . The serene library setting enhances the meditative experience, offering a peaceful retreat where you can reconnect with yourself and find inner stillness.
Please note: We'll be sitting on the floor during our session, so please feel free to bring a meditation pillow or chair if you'd prefer more comfort.
