💪 “Are you ready for a fitness class that’s made for women, all ages and all levels, right here in our community?”Than I'd love to invite you to join us for faith-friendly, fun fitness classes designed just for women. 💪💕
No matter your age, experience, or fitness level—you’ll fit right in!

(Come a little early to get set up!)

📍 Where: Kid’s Center at Stetson Baptist Church
Deland, Florida
*Parking: Look for small parking lot off Minnesota that says School Entrance (horseshoe shaped)

Water bottle
Yoga mat or towel
A smile & a willing spirit 🌸
Cost? Our classes are supported by donations. Suggested donation is $3 per class
👠These classes are ladies only and open to all women in our community—you do not have to be a church member to join.
